Textured Designs for Yeoman Sport
|
 |
The second garment is a classic sweater
designed for the garter carriage on the electronic machine and using Yeoman
Sport.
The wide stitch pattern (184 stitches
wide) has distinctive central motifs and complementary side panels, designed to
ensure a good pattern match at the side seams. The bands are specially
designed to match the main stitch pattern. |
| This design is available in
sizes 32"-42".
Opposite is a section of the side panel from this sweater together with
a section of the welt.
Yeoman Sport is a shrink resist wool which, although it is a 4
ply yarn, makes a finer looking garment. These garments are unlikely to
work successfully in a different yarn. |
|
| Designed for the electronic
machine and knitted in Yeoman Sport, this jacket has a closely textured
pattern which is neither vertical nor horizontal but, as the light catches the
pattern, it changes from one to the other.
The button band, cuffs, neckband and welts have all been
carefully designed to match the main pattern perfectly.

This is
a classic fitting cardigan or jacket, designed to be of higher hip length on a
person of average height and to have classic ease.
To fit sizes 32"-42" |
